EARTO-ERRIN Online Workshop on “How to strengthen collaboration between regions and RTOs to support a sustainable transition” on 12 October – Recording Available!
In the frame of the EURegionsWeek 2022, which was held from 10 to 13 October 2022, EARTO in cooperation with ERRIN are organising a joint online workshop on “How to strengthen collaboration between regions and RTOs to support a sustainable transition” on 12 October.
The event explored how Europe can reinforce collaboration between regions and RTOs to further pool efforts in priority settings to adapt R&I strategies within regional ecosystems. This workshop delivered valuable experiences of Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Wielkopolska and Tampere alongside with three EARTO members: CEA, Lukasiewicz and VTT. Ms. Carmen Sillero Illanes, Economic and Policy Analyst from the Joint Research Centre also gave an overview of existing tools for regions & RTOs with a special focus on Partnerships for Regional Innovation (PRIs) which are a new approach of territorial innovation transformation launched by the Committee of the Regions and the European Commission.
